Welcome to LogiBrisk. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our SaaS-based ERP platform.

1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to LogiBrisk.
  • “User” refers to any individual or entity using our services.
  • “Services” refers to our cloud-based ERP platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

3. Services

LogiBrisk provides ERP software delivered via cloud infrastructure. We may enhance, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Free Trial

  • We provide a free trial without collecting payment details.
  • Trial access may have feature limitations.
  • No charges will be applied during the trial period.

5. Subscription & Billing

  • Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly/annual).
  • All fees are payable in advance.
  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

6. GST & Taxes (India Compliance)

  • All prices are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • GST will be charged as per Indian tax laws.
  • Valid GST invoice will be provided.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests are allowed within 7 days from subscription start date.
  • Refunds are not applicable after 7 days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel subscription anytime.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing.
  • No prorated refunds beyond eligibility period.

9. Data Ownership & Security

  • Users retain full ownership of their business data.
  • LogiBrisk acts only as a data processor.
  • We implement industry-standard security practices to protect data.

10. Data Backup & Availability (SLA)

  • We aim for 99% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance.
  • Regular backups are maintained.
  • However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

11. User Responsibilities

Users agree:

  • To provide accurate information
  • Not to misuse the platform
  • To maintain login confidentiality

12. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Disrupt system performance

13. Limitation of Liability

LogiBrisk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.

14. Working Days

Our business operates from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie in [Surat, Gujarat].

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use implies acceptance.
